Outreach, Inc. and its affiliates ("Outreach" or "We") know that you care about how the information we receive from you is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes Outreach’s privacy practices in relation to information that we collect through our websites, applications, application programming interfaces, and online services (collectively, the “Domains”), through our social media pages (collectively, the “Social Media Pages”), and through our HTML-formatted email messages (collectively, including the Domains and the Social Media Pages, the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy also describes Outreach’s privacy practices in relation to information that Outreach shares with Gloo, LLC and its partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Gloo”).
“You” or a “user” refers to any individual who visits or otherwise uses the Sites. By using the Sites, you are accepting and agreeing to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our Sites or our services.
- What Types of Information Does Outreach Receive From its Users?
- Personal Information. “Personal Information” is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, such as an individual’s name, address, telephone number, email address, IP Address, cookie identifier(s), data revealing religious affiliation, and location information. It can also include transaction information, such as payment information, records of products or services purchased, and billing details. - Through our Sites: We may collect Personal Information through our Sites, e.g., when you request a catalog, contact us, subscribe to our email newsletter, download content, or register to use our Sites.
- Offline: We may collect Personal Information from you offline, such as during phone calls with sales representatives or when you contact customer service.
- Through You: We may collect information when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you respond to surveys, participate in market research activities, report a problem with our Sites, receive customer support, or otherwise correspond with us.

- Through Cookies and Other Similar Technologies: Cookies and other similar technologies may be used to collect Other Information. We use essential cookies to provide you with services available through our Sites. We use analytics and performance cookies to collect information about traffic to our Sites and how users use our Sites. We use social media cookies when you share information using a social media site sharing button or action. We may use third parties to display advertisements on other websites that may be of interest to you, based on information collected about your use of our Sites. To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through the use of pixel tags and web beacons). Outreach does not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include ‘do not track’ instructions.
- Through Google Analytics: Outreach uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google") that uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze how users use domains. The information generated about domain usage is transmitted to Google in the U.S. This information is used to evaluate visitors’ use of the Domains, compile statistical reports on Domain activity, and provide other services related to the Sites. We may share your Personal Information with Gloo (https://www.gloo.us) for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and Gloo may use your information for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy in relation to any of its websites, applications, application programming interfaces, online services, social media pages, or HTML-formatted email messages. - Individual Posts/ Endorsements:
Personal Information may be voluntarily disclosed by you to or through our Sites when you post information and materials to our Sites. This information may also appear in other public ways, such as through search engines or other publicly available platforms and may be “crawled” or searched by third parties. Such posts may be shared by Outreach. Similarly, if you share a testimonial or endorsement about your experience on our Sites, Outreach may share that information publicly. Pixel tags. We may use pixel tags (which are also known as web beacons or clear GIFs) on our Sites to track the actions of users on our Sites. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly on webpages. Pixel tags measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the Sites, so that we can manage our content more effectively. The information we collect using pixel tags is not linked to our users’ Personal Information.
Third Party Pixel Tags and Cookies. When you visit our website, log in, register, or open an email from us, cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with information they or others have about you, including your email address. We may use and disclose Other Information and Aggregated Information for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then we may use it for all the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information.
In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your geographical location). If we do, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information for as long as it is combined.

For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to applicable law.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion.
We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which collected and as outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
You can always opt not to use our Sites. You can also opt not to voluntarily disclose information to or through our Sites. You may also opt-out by using a Universal Opt-Out Mechanism. If Outreach receives an opt-out request from a Universal Opt-Out Mechanism, it will comply with the request as if it came directly from you.

Your authorized agent may exercise the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy on your behalf, but the agent must first demonstrate it has the lawful authority to act on your behalf.

The Sites may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet through direct links or through applications such as “share” or “Like” buttons, and other websites likewise may contain links to the Sites. We ask that you not send us or disclose any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., social security numbers) on or through the Sites or via other means.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy we will communicate that a change has been made to the policy in a reasonable manner which may include posting a notice on our Sites and/or posting the new Privacy Policy on our Sites.

For Users Outside Of The United States
Outreach is headquartered in the United States. Your information, including Personal Information that we collect from you, may be transferred to, stored at, and processed by us, Gloo, and/or other third parties outside the country in which you reside, including, but not limited to the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in your jurisdiction. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
References to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy are equivalent to “Personal Data” governed by European Union data protection legislation. We use the following safeguards if Outreach transfers Personal Information originating from the European Union to other countries not deemed adequate under applicable data protection law:

OUTREACH TERMS OF SERVICE
1. INTRODUCTION
Outreach.com is a website domain owned and operated by Outreach, Inc. (“Outreach”) that provides products (“Content”) for its users (“User(s)”) to build bridges to the unchurched.
Upon using Outreach, User enters into a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) with Outreach and agrees to all of the terms of service set forth below (“Terms of Service”) as well as the Outreach Privacy Policy found here.

2. USER REPRESENTATIONS
Users represents that User is (1) 18 years of age or older, or (2) 13 years of age or older and has obtained parental or guardian consent to enter this Agreement and use Outreach and its services.
User represents that any email address User provides to Outreach is User’s own email address. User will not provide information to Outreach related to a third party without that third party’s knowledge and consent.
Users can create a User account to make purchases through Outreach. User agrees to: (1) keep User’s password secure and confidential; (2) not permit others to use User’s login credentials to access User’s account; (3) refrain from using other Users’ accounts; and (4) refrain from charging anyone for access to any portion of Outreach or its services. User is responsible for anything that happens to or through User’s account until User’s account is terminated (as set forth below) or User can establish that User’s account security was compromised through no fault of User.
User agrees that Outreach can use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on User’s computer, mobile device, tablet, wearable device, speaker, or any other device User utilizes to access Outreach in order to (1) facilitate the operation of Outreach, (2) provide advertising and other information to User, and (3) allow Outreach and Gloo, LLC, its partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Gloo”) to do the same.
3. STORE
To purchase products through Outreach.com, User must provide Outreach with a valid, accepted method of payment (“Payment Method”).
Outreach reserves the right to refuse any order placed through Outreach.com.

4. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHTS
User acknowledges that Outreach contains Content and products for purchase that are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed.
User acknowledges that all right, title, and interest in and to Outreach and its products, including without limitation, any and all trademark, copyright, and any other intellectual property rights therein remain vested in and with Outreach, and nothing contained herein shall be construed to convey any rights or proprietary interest to User. User agrees to be bound by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties.
User will immediately notify Outreach if User becomes aware or suspects that any third party (1) has gained unauthorized access to Outreach.com or any of its products through User, (2) is wrongfully using Outreach’s copyrighted material, in whole or in part, or (3) is violating any of a Outreach’s intellectual property rights.
5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Outreach makes no warranties about Outreach of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the extent allowable by law, Outreach disclaims any express, implied, and statutory warranties regarding the Content contained on Outreach, including warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Outreach does not warrant that Outreach will offer uninterrupted service or will be error-free. Outreach does not warrant the accuracy of the captioning, keywording, or any other information associated with the Content on Outreach. For as long as Outreach continues to offer Outreach and its services, Outreach may seek to update, improve and expand the services provided by Outreach. As a result, Outreach allows Users to access Outreach as it may exist and be available on any given day and has no other obligations, except as expressly stated in these Terms of Service. Outreach may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue Outreach or its services, partially or entirely, in its sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon Outreach’s posting of the same on its website or by direct communication to Users, unless otherwise noted. Outreach reserves the right to withhold or remove any Content from Outreach at any time, with or without notice, if deemed by Outreach to be contrary to these Terms of Service. For avoidance of doubt, Outreach has no obligation to store, maintain or provide a copy of any Outreach Content, except as set forth in the Outreach Privacy Policy.
Outreach may include advertisements for, make offers regarding, and/or provide hyperlinks to third-party websites, products, and services. Outreach is not responsible for the websites, products, and services provided by such third parties.
Under no circumstances shall Outreach, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any User’s use of, or inability to use, Outreach, or any mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletions, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or any other failure of Outreach to perform under this Agreement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, User agrees that Outreach’s maximum liability arising out of or in connection with User’s use of, or inability to use, Outreach shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to five (5) times the value paid by User for the relevant products purchased by User through Outreach.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Outreach, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, to the fullest extent allowed by law from and against any and all liabilities, demands, suits, claims, actions, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, awards, judgments, losses, fines, penalties, or damages (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, investigative fees, expert fees, and costs) arising out of or in connection with User’s use of Outreach and any breach by User of User’s obligations under this Agreement. The terms of this section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
7. TERMINATION
Outreach, in its sole discretion, may terminate any User’s account, access to, and/or use of Outreach and its products and services at any time and for any reason.
Outreach, in its sole discretion, may terminate any User’s email subscription at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
User may terminate his or her email subscription by sending a request to [email protected], or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email User receives from Outreach.
Section 4 (“Proprietary Rights and Copyrights”), Section 5 (“Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability”), and Section 9 (“Miscellaneous Terms”) shall survive termination of this Agreement.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
Outreach may amend the Terms of Service at any time and may notify Users by posting an updated version of the Terms of Service on Outreach. Continued use of Outreach after an amended Terms of Service has been posted shall constitute User’s consent to such changes.
9. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between User and Outreach concerning User’s use of Outreach and its services. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms of Service and the terms contained in any purchase order or other communication sent to User by Outreach, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Should any clause of this Agreement be found unenforceable, that will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.
Any failure by Outreach to enforce these Terms of Service or any provision thereof shall not constitute a waiver of Outreach’s right to do so.
In the event Outreach retains an attorney or collection agency to collect any outstanding payment due by User, User agrees to pay all collection costs, attorneys' fees, and court costs relating thereto, in addition to any outstanding amounts due and applicable interest.
The validity of this Agreement and the interpretation and performance of all of its terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. User hereby irrevocably agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of any state or federal court located in the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, and expressly waives any claim or defense that such forum is not convenient or proper for purposes of any action arising under this Agreement. The parties hereto waive any right they may have to a jury trial.
User recognizes that the Content available on Outreach possess a special, unique and extraordinary character which makes it difficult to assess the amount of monetary damages Outreach might sustain by any unauthorized use of the Content. User agrees that irreparable injury would be caused to Outreach by such unauthorized use, and that injunctive relief would be appropriate in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
If after notice to User, User fails to take any action which User is obliged to take under the terms of this Agreement, Outreach shall have the right and option, but not the duty, to bring an action for specific performance to compel such action by User, and shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs, expenses, attorney's fees and disbursements with respect thereto if such specific performance is awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
10. CREDIT CARD FRAUD POLICY
In the unlikely event that User experiences unauthorized use of User’s credit card on Outreach, User is advised to promptly report the fraudulent activity to User’s credit card company. User agrees that Outreach may contact User’s credit card company to report a claim of fraudulent use when Outreach suspects credit card fraud has occurred, or when User provides a specific written request for such a report. User requests to report fraud should be sent to [email protected] and must include the full name, email address, mailing address and phone number of the person claiming fraud. Please call Outreach at 1-866-899-4426, Monday through Friday 9am - 6:30pm (EST), to confirm receipt of User’s written request. Outreach will fully cooperate with all government organizations to the fullest extent possible to ensure those responsible for credit card fraud are held responsible.

Image Extended Usage Agreement
As a courtesy, Outreach, Inc. allows a customer to reproduce an Outreach image and/or text from purchased products in INTERNAL PUBLICATIONS only (i.e. in-house newsletters, programs, communications, Web Site, and internal use posters).
The use of an Image for "EXTERNAL PUBLICATION", such as but not limited to a newspaper ad, community poster, billboard, theater ad, etc., is strictly prohibited.
We appreciate in advance your cooperation in the area of licensing of images and text. Your adherence to the policy will allow us to continue extending this service both to you and to other churches.
All images and text associated with Outreach, Inc. products are the intellectual and/or artistic property of Outreach Marketing and/or its suppliers and are subject to copyright protection. Unauthorized use of any image(s) and/or text is considered a license infringement under Title 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. and is subject to a licensing fee and/or legal penalty up to $ 150,000.00 as set forth in Section 504(c)(2).
Usage of Copyrighted Images, not owned or licensed by Outreach, Inc.
Customers are responsible for supplying Outreach, Inc. with "PROOF of OWNERSHIP" or have established "PRINT AUTHORIZATION" of any and all trademark and/or copyright protected images, to be used in any design request created by Outreach, Inc., or any print ready artwork supplied by the customer to be printed by Outreach, Inc. If proof is not submitted, Outreach, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service.
