Important Details Regarding Cancellations:

• Immediate, Permanent & Irreversible: Because Outreach ONE provisions live telecom carrier numbers and carrier compliance (A2P), confirming a cancellation immediately releases those carrier lines. Cancellations cannot be paused or reactivated. If your church decides to re-subscribe later, we will warmly welcome you back with a fresh setup, though previous carrier numbers and configurations must be started over.
• Safety Confirmation Prompt: To prevent accidental clicks, the platform requires confirming by explicitly typing Cancel in a verification prompt before any action is taken.
• Outgoing Activity Stopped Immediately: All active and scheduled outgoing communications—including scheduled text messages, email campaigns, forms, and automated workflows—stop immediately upon cancellation.
• Loss of Configurations & Setups: All active carrier processes and technical configurations (such as dedicated phone number setups, A2P carrier registrations, and custom domain connections) are released and must be re-established upon re-subscribing.
• Wallet Credit & Balance Forfeiture: Any remaining wallet credits or account balances are forfeited at the time of cancellation. Credits do not carry over or reactivate with future accounts. (This is a system-enforced policy and cannot be overridden.)
• Plan Benefits & Pricing: Tier plan benefits end immediately upon cancellation, and original promotional rates or grandfathered pricing cannot be guaranteed upon return.
• 90-Day Free Trial: If you cancel during your 90-day free trial before Day 91, you will not be billed any subscription fee.

Please do not cancel your account! If a pastor, media director, or volunteer leaves your church, you do not need to cancel your subscription.

You can easily transfer account ownership, update the primary administrative email, or add and remove team members directly in your dashboard under Settings > My Staff (or reach out to our 24/7 support team to assist with the transfer).

Cancelling the account permanently decommissions your church's phone numbers, forms, and data history. Simply updating your staff profiles keeps all your active campaigns, automated visitor workflows, and church records running smoothly without interruption.

No. All standard Outreach ONE subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or lock-in commitments. There are no mandatory setup fees. If your church wants hands-on technical configuration, you can optionally add the White-Glove Onboarding Setup.

Your core platform subscription is completely free for 3 full months ($0 upfront). We collect payment details during setup for the following reasons:

• Zero Risk: You will not be charged a subscription fee until Day 91, and you can cancel anytime beforehand with zero penalty.
• Pay-As-You-Go Utilities: Optional usage features (such as 2-way SMS text messages, local phone numbers, or AI generation) draw tiny pay-as-you-go fees from your prepaid digital wallet.
• Uninterrupted Service: Verified accounts ensure that on Day 91, your active campaigns, automated visitor follow-ups, and church website continue running without downtime.
• Spam Prevention: Protects telecom carrier trust and prevents automated bot registrations.

Optional add-on services (such as WordPress Hosting, Dedicated IPs, WhatsApp, AI Employee, SEO Tools, and Online Listings) operate as modular platform add-ons on their own recurring monthly billing cycles.

• Automatic Monthly Renewal: Activated add-ons automatically renew each month until they are manually cancelled.
• Non-Refundable: Charges for optional add-on subscriptions are non-refundable once billed for the period.
• How to Cancel an Add-On: To cancel an individual add-on, navigate in your dashboard to Settings > Billing, and locate the Subscriptions section on the right side of the page where each active add-on is listed.
• Cancelling Main Plan vs. Add-Ons: You can cancel individual add-ons at any time without affecting your main Outreach ONE platform subscription. If you cancel your main Outreach ONE account, all attached add-on subscriptions are immediately cancelled as well.

When a cancellation is confirmed, the account is permanently cancelled and cannot be reactivated. All active campaigns, forms, and phone numbers are released immediately. Any configurations (including phone setups and A2P carrier verification) are released and must be started over fresh if you re-subscribe in the future. We strongly recommend exporting any necessary church contact data or campaign records from your dashboard prior to canceling.
