Can an outdoor banner be mounted on an outside wall?
Yes, with the proper hardware. The Light Pole Banner Hardware can be used on a wall to hang a 2 x 5 Lightpole Banner. Outreach does not currently have hardware for other outdoor banner sizes that will work on a wall.

How many proofs do I get with my custom design order?
Every Custom Order includes two free proofs. Additional proofs, if needed will be charged on a sliding scale based on how extensive the additional edits are.

What does the custom design fee include?
When you order a Full Custom design from Outreach, our professional Graphic Designers will create a design exclusively for your church based on your input. The Design Fee includes the designer's time plus two free proofs so your project looks the way you want. If you need additional proofs, a small fee may be charged on a sliding scale based how extensive the edits are.

Do I get to see a proof before I pay?

What is the turn-time for a Full Custom Outdoor Banner or Sign?
Custom outdoor banners are printed and ready to ship 8 business days after your order is placed - providing your art proofs are reviewed in a timely manner. Expedited turn-times are available for an additional fee.

Can I hang a horizontal banner indoors?
Sure, any banner can be hung indoors. However, if you know that you want the banner inside, we recommend that you choose the "fabric - non wrinkle polyester" under the "Material" drop down - the banner will look more attractive up close. (Outdoor reinforced vinyl is heavier and includes reinforced fibers so it's less attractive when viewed close up.)
